Great crowd at church yesterday. Kel shared his state of the church address and his vision for this next year. He did a nice job of communicating it. Now to see how the church plays it out over the course of the next year.
Sam went on to her house after church. Chris and I decided to go out for a special romantic lunch together. Yep. Whataburger. We grabbed our order and brought it home to eat. We munched in front of a combination of movies, football, and of course … naps. Great way to spend an afternoon. And it counts as a romantic date, right?
Hebrews 10:24-25 says, And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Father, thanks for time with your people and for timely good naps. Amen.
