1.7 miles again. Still watching Chris’ foot and, of course, her heart.
Speaking of her heart, she had an appointment with Dr. Electro (still can’t pronounce his name). He’s the guy who watches the pump functions of the muscle, since they are operated electrically. I know. Sounds a lot like Frankenstein. He’s also the one who would ultimately decide whether or not she needs a pacemaker. As it turned out, he basically kicked her loose. Next appointment a year out, so she’s might just write this one off for the foreseeable future.
On the way home we went by Home Depot. Both of our bathroom faucets are leaking around the handles, and they are washerless versions, so time to replace them as well. Why not? We got the faucets (note: I still have to install them), as well as some mulch and some white rocks to finish the front flower bed and the back yard patio. Whew!
Oh! And Chris went and got a haircut. Looks great!
2 Timothy 1:7 says, For God has not given us a spirit of fearfulness, but one of power, love, and sound judgment.
Father, thanks for the good report from Doc Electro. Amen.
