At church it was great to see a lot of the friends we have made over the years in the Christian Motorcycle Association. They stay in the church retreat center every year during Biker Rally Weekend. They also have provided Biker engraved New Testaments to us for our Halloween Bible give-away. They missed this year, but we now have two cases stored for next year.
Noa came home with us after church. Her plan was to work with Nana on the quilt she has been making. My plan was to do some work on the backyard. We both accomplished our goals. And we both still have a ways to go.
I managed to see the last two minutes of the Texans football game. Exciting stuff. Apparently they came back from 19 points behind. Outscored their opponents 26 to 0 in the fourth quarter. It was almost like watching a college game. Almost.
Psalms 139:23 says, Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns.
Father, thank you for the time Chris got to spend with Noa. Well, and me too. Fun kid. Amen.
