September 11 - “Here ya go”

We made a little presentation in church yesterday. Not one of those official, in front of the world things, though. Just a quiet little, “Here ya go.”  We gave Sam one of those nifty walkers with an attachment that allows you to sit down when you get tired. It also has a hand brake system. Cool stuff. It is heavier than she’s used to, though. I guess she needs to get on a weight lifting regimen. Love you, Sam.

Kel and his family came over to join us for pizza after church. We also watched part of the Texans football game. Part of it was enough. But we switched it over to the Astros after a while. That was much more exciting, especially after they reached ten runs ahead. Finally figured out how to win at home.

Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6 says, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

‭‭

Father, thank you for the chance to have Sam as a part of our life. Bless her with your joy. Amen.
