July 3 – “I’m a Nut 2011: Day Seven”

Heading home to serve, no less PK each of us did bless King of Kings always with us Missions topped eight thousand plus   Stopped for lunch at Dairy Queen Fireworks like Cody's never seen Dee got rattlesnake in a cup Carson pointed a bazooka   Saw dust devils from the van And a rainbow, wow!  God can! Subway supper – woops!  No bread Back to Dairy Queen instead   Darkness fell still miles to go And time seems to move so slow At one-thirty we pulled in Arlington - now that's a win   Ended up as we began Breakfast burritos, oh man Fruit and fruit loops and the rest Cary and Kay Lynn, you're the best   Mike, he then put blinders on Focus, Gang, we're headed home Casting Crowns and some Down Here As we dozed, played in our ear   Final gas stop Huntsville town No DQ, but Subway found Finally home 'bout three p.m. Family, friends, good to see them   What to take home from this week? Make it more than just no sleep Go beyond the drama mess Move on past the selfishness   Think instead, What can I do? To make my first concern, well, you Love God first, then intersect Love each other – that's CONNECT!   Proverbs 16:33 says, "The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord."   Father, thank you that nothing this week happened by accident.  Amen.
