February 2 - “Show me the number”

I took a baby step up yesterday. I made it a mile and a half. Still not gaining the kind of speed Chris can generate, though. Or the distance. But I’m trying. Literally one step at a time …

We spent some time in the afternoon chatting about our upcoming cruise. We were just assigned a room number, so we were trying to figure out where on the ship it was located. It seems to  be toward the rear of the ship, but I’m not sure. I could never get the online map to show actual room numbers. Oh, well. That’s an easy thing to ask our travel agent about. At least we’re guaranteed a spot on the boat.

Home group went pretty well. The Geran’s weren’t there, though. Brennan tested positive for the always-dreaded Covid. Sounds like he doesn’t have any of the bad symptoms. Just feeling really tired. Among others, we also prayed for Lauren’s husband Ed. He had a workplace accident. Bad cut around his eye and a concussion. He’s in his usual good spirits, though.

Mark‬ ‭3‬:‭25‬ says, And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.

Father, please do some healing for Ed and Brennan. Amen.
