For
the next three days I will be attending a class in critical incident stress
management. Starts at 8 a.m. and ends at
5 p.m. each day. That means I have to
leave the house at 7 to get to the location up in Texas. I still have to come up with some time to
prepare for Sunday’s teaching as well. That means blog prep time will be seriously
curtailed. Sorry about that. So here goes day one …
Psalms
31:23-24 says, “Love the Lord, all his
saints! The Lord preserves the faithful,
but the proud he pays back in full. Be
strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”
Father,
help us all learn something from these classes to make us more effective in
ministry to first responders. Amen.
