July 2 – “I’m a Nut 2011: Day Six”

Last full day is in the blocks So Jennifer, stay off those rocks! Jimmy get up out of bed PK will sit on your head   How to treat those who hurt me They deserve my enmity But to follow Jesus' lead I treat them as he did me   Laser tag was Carson's call Mel and Sydney played paint ball Rita drove to watch the war Then got lost, she went too far   Volleyballers made a name Clear to semi-final game Then came the mega-relay zoo Our younger teams were one and two   Four man push ups, chugging cokes Through the hoop, no bones were broke Cheering, laughing, muddy ground Lots of photos all around   Girls were gorgeous, guys stepped light On our final worship night Offering to God we bring As Chloe and the choir sing   Proverbs 16:32 says, "Better a patient man than a warrior, a man who controls his temper than one who takes a city."   Father, give Mike and the other counselors an extra dose of patience.  Amen.
