We joined about 70 others for a great day at church yesterday morning. Several visitors families, including a couple from Waco. Come to find out, his brother is a member at Columbus Avenue. Small world.
We came right home after worship. Not that we had something crucial to get to our get done. It was just Sunday afternoon at home. Just us. Just nice. Just.
I worked on the puzzle and watched football. Chris did some quilting and then some reading out on the back porch swing. We also watched an episode of our new Hallmark favorite series, Mistletoe Murders. Pretty good mysteries.
Psalms 31:24 says, Be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord.
Father, be with those folks who visited Seaside. Give them a blessed experience in Galveston. Amen.
