October 16 - “The tunic”

Chris departed the premises early. She went up to LaMarque to see if she could find someone in the 8-year-old realm to act as a stand-in model. She needed to develop the neckline of the Sacagawea costume she’s making for AnnaGrace. Of course, to Ezra, it was a “tunic” rather than a dress. Concept was the same. All measurements were taken, and it won’t be long before that costume takes final shape.

I stayed around the house, in part to do some recuperating, and also some supervising. Well, sort of. The painters made their way back and continued the prepping process. The carpenters got tied  up at another job, so they won’t be here to finish up their repairs until sometime today.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Suzann’s barber chair yesterday. My hair was doing a number on my ears again. When took care of that issue, and even trimmed up my beard, as usual. Looks great, I guess. I don’t have to look at it, I just trust her.

John‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬ says, The Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Father, thank you for leading me to Suzann as my barber. Bless her. Amen.
