We jumped back up to a 5K yesterday well, not “jumped” literally. We walked. But we did make our 3.2 distance goal. And we did it just under an hour. We’ll take it.
After a shower we got dressed and headed into Texas. Yep. Another grandkid thing. This time Ezra was involved in a music camp. We went to their final performance.
Ezra had a big speaking role, and had a coveted front row position for the songs. Not to mention his remarkable ability to handle a pair of drumsticks. That’s my boy. Oh, and we also got to stick around and “experience” a meal fit for a … kid - hot dogs and Dr Pepper floats.
Psalms 34:8 says, Taste and see that the Lord is good. How happy is the man who takes refuge in Him!
Father, thanks for Ezra and for that church music ministry. Amen.
